About Us

M. Pechiyammal, 38, lives in a crowded urban area with limited space. Her husband works as an electrician earning Rs. 5000 to 6000 per month, with Rs. 4000 going towards rent. To supplement their income, she underwent training and started a small millet-based products business. Selling to neighbors and known customers during her husband's electrical repair visits, she now earns around Rs. 2000 to 3000 per month. Along with four others, they plan to avail a JLG loan in Canara Bank.

Our Vision

Our vision is to empower women entrepreneurs who are skilled in producing nutritious millet-based products, trained by EDII (Entrepreneurship Development Institute of India). We envision a future where these women become leading figures in the health food industry, championing the cause of promoting healthy eating habits and improving the overall well-being of communities.

Our Mission

Our mission is to support and nurture women entrepreneurs in their journey of creating and selling millet-based products that contribute to the improvement of public health. Through the specialized training provided by EDII, these women will not only gain the necessary skills for producing high-quality millet products but also learn essential business acumen to excel in the competitive market.
